Shipments are FOB our warehouse in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada. We will determine the most economical & expedient means of transportation, unless you specify differently. Transportation and insurance charges will appear as a separate item on your invoice. All shipments should be examined upon receipt. Report all damages to the delivering carrier immediately. Obtain an inspection report. DO NOT throw away cartons or packing material. Contact our customer service department within 2 days of receipt to report any problems. "SPECIAL ORDER and CUSTOM MADE" items are not returnable. Contact our customer service department for a return authorization number. All returns without an authorization number on the outside of the package will be refused. Returns will ONLY be accepted if made within 10 days and that the product is (BRAND NEW) in the original packaging with all manuals and supplies originally included with the product. Restocking charges of 25% will apply.
